Welcome to Turtle Talk, blog for Green Career Tracks, my career coaching practice. Why turtle talk? Besides the fact that I’ve been deeply connected to turtle as a personal guide for many years, I happen to find the fact that turtle won the race because he was more mindful than the hare to be truly inspiring. The fable greatly confirms my belief that a green career track is more about the conscious career choices we make along the way than scoring the prize job! Turtle Talk will give you tips and suggestions for creating your green career track (as I share with you how I’m creating – and re-creating – mine!). Turtle Talk will report on events, trends, and resources that inform our actions to work for a better world. Occasionally, you’ll find new thoughts and ideas running out ahead – on shaping a new work culture, creating conscious work opportunities, or working on personal transformation and lifestyle choices.
